Studio Rental
Need a studio?
Don't want to pay an arm and a leg? We offer a nearly 1,000 square
feet studio space, with or without lighting equipment, available for
rental by the hour or by the day.

Hours &
Reservations
The studio is available for rental 7 days a
week, 8am-8pm. Reservation (recommended 3-7 days in
advance) are required. Special arrangement beyond
regular studio hours may be accommodated with additional
charges. All equipment or services needed for rental period
should be reserved at the same time; otherwise availability is
not guaranteed. All
studio rentals are charged in one hour increments with a minimum
of one hour. Rental starts at the time of check-in. Time spent
for pre-shoot setup and post-shoot teardown is renter's
responsibility.

Amenities
With every rental, enjoy decorated lobby with carpeted floor,
shooting area with wood flooring, client meeting area, make-up
station, changing area, restroom, kitchenette sink, electricity
(120v and 220v), trash dumpster, fans, stereo system, microwave,
refrigerator, selected wardrobe items, various props, chairs,
hair dryer, full-length mirror, security guard on premise after
dark, and parking. |

Basic Package
$35/hr or $320 for a 10-hour day.
No
studio lights included in this package-
Great for photographers who prefer using their own lights.
Rental includes all amenities, 3 paper backdrop rollers
(seamless paper not included but available for purchase on
site), 2 fabric backdrop rails, 2 fabric backdrops, 1 apple box,
1 posing stool, and 1 posing table. |

Lighting Package
$50/hr or $450 for a 10-hour day.
Rental includes
all
amenities and everything in the Basic Package, plus: Speedotron
Black line 2400w powerpack 3-light kit with stands, 1 softbox, 1
beauty dish, 1 zoom reflector, and 1 reflector disc 5-in-1 with
holder arm and stand.

Special Rates & Promotions
Private Event/ Function:
$50 per hour, or $450 per 10 hour day, include all amenities and
basic package, plus 20 chairs, and 1 folding table with table
cloth.
Student Discount: 30% off
published rates with current valid student ID. This rate cannot
